We thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. Duravit values your safety as well as the safety of our employees and customers worldwide. Due to the continuing developments surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are proactively taking steps to ensure we are able continue to safely provide your business with the quality products and superior service you expect from us throughout this uncertain and unprecedented situation.
Duravit has been deemed an essential business within plumbing and therefore our operations in Atlanta & Fontana continue. We are not expecting major disruptions with our supply chain and we have plenty of products in stock.
A large portion of our office staff is working remotely from their home offices via email and are connected to our standard phone system. We have implemented additional safety and hygiene measures in our Duluth location, as we value the health and safety of all of our employees, as well as their families and relatives.
The warehouse is working in two shifts in order to isolate receiving and shipping departments. As of this week, we started to rotate office days vs. home office days for management.
We will continue to highly leverage our marketing platforms including newsletters, social media and web updates.
