Wicker Park Lofts is a 40 unit building located at 1515-1517 W. Haddon.This brand new soft loft rental apartment building is a six-story structure that takes advantage of the property’s unique shape. Studios, one, two and three bedroom units feature top-of-the-line finishes and state-of-the-art design elements and the fourth, fifth and six floors have breathtaking city views. The property is only 570’ from the blueline stop at Ashland and Division, multiple bus lines, and the Milwaukee Avenue bike lanes. The development is the very first transit-oriented development that went before the City’s Plan Commission and received approval pursuant to Chicago’s new TOD Zoning Ordinance which rewards building less parking and other sustainable design elements with additional density and is only available for developments that are in close proximity to public transportation.
